- The Service is NOT a Medical Device.
- The Service is NOT intended for use in diagnosis, treatment planning, patient management, or clinical decision-making.
- Results generated by the Service are theoretical calculations and MUST be independently verified by a licensed healthcare professional.
- You assume all responsibility for verifying the accuracy of any measurements derived from the Service.
3. User Responsibilities
3.1. Content Upload (Images)
You are solely responsible for all images and data uploaded to the Service.
- You confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions for any images uploaded.
- ANONYMIZATION: You agree to ensure that any radiographic images uploaded for analysis are fully and irreversibly de-identified and anonymized to remove all Protected Health Information (PHI) or personally identifiable information (PII) before upload.
